We list five of the most caravan-friendly coastal road trips ready for you to explore.

Port Lincoln – SA

About: Port Lincoln is a picturesque ‘town-becoming-city’ located west of Adelaide on the Eyre Peninsula. Pegged as the ‘seafood capital of Australia’, the coast of Port Lincoln offers exceptional fishing opportunities as well as rugged cliff views, perfect white sandy beaches and some amazing culinary tours. To get there from Adelaide, you’ll have to drive along the coast, around the St. Vincent Gulf and Spencer Gulf.

Attractions: Fishing, boat tours, swimming with dolphins and sharks.

Broome – WA

About: Located in northwest Australia, Broome is a welcoming tropical coastal town. Famous for beachfront dining and near-all-year-round swimming and water sports. The town also offers stunning sunsets and national parks, ie: The breathtaking Kimberley Ranges. The main attraction is the 22km long Cable Beach, named as such in 1889 when an undersea cable was laid to connect Australia to indonesia.

The Broome visitor centre will point you in the right direction to the many attractions.
